The staff was friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating- and we are pretty particular and detail-oriented people. Overall, Noteworthy Notes did a fantastic job on our invites and made the process smooth. The place cards turned out beautifully as well. It was nice to not need to make any more decisions during this process. We were able to use the same font on our place cards that we used on the invites. This ended up being a big help.įinally, we had Noteworthy Notes make our table place cards- again this was a simple job to do with them. We were able to email new addresses to the shop one day, and have them printed and ready to pick up the next day. Noteworthy Notes also printed names/addresses on all of our envelopes- another task that they took on without hesitation. We got tons of compliments on the invites. They were elegant, high-quality, and exactly as the proofs showed. We couldn't have been more happy with the invites. The invites themselves turned out absolutely beautifully. Every question that arose was answered promptly and clearly. Styles, paper weight, invitation wording, stamp pricing, and more. Their products combined with their customer service will keep you going back. Overall, the quality of Noteworthy Note's products is incredible. And once again, the entire process was just as seamless as it was with our wedding invitations. We were so incredibly happy with their service that my fiance and I went BACK to them for our place cards. From conception to completion, Mallory and Kim and everyone at Noteworthy Notes were attentive, involved, interactive, supportive, the list goes on and on. If this is not the most incredible customer service, then I don't know what is. Even after we left the store with all of our invitations, Mallory went a step further and followed up with an email reminding me how, when, and where to get wedding stamps and she even included some shipping tips that would ensure the safe arrival of all our invitations. When we went to pick up our invitations they were already assembled in sealed plastic bags and in these adorable cardboard boxes. Kim worked with us on finding the exact colors we wanted, fonts that stood out (the right way), the exact designs and placement/spacing, every detail was exactly what we were hoping for. Every single one of our guests were blown away by our invitations. Kim was able to take all our of ideas that Mallory helped put together and turned them into a reality. Then we had the opportunity to work with Kim, one of their extremely talented designers and Kim is a true artist. My fiance and I had some great ideas in mind for how we wanted our customized invitations to look but we did not know just how much planning and detail went into it and Mallory walked us through every step imaginable. We first met with Mallory (ASK FOR MALLORY - she is the best) who sat down with us and went over every detail of what we wanted no matter how small or crazy it seemed and worked with us meticulously to come up with our ideal customized wedding invitations AND she kept it in our budget. To 5 days until our wedding their entire staff has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. We'll definitely be using them again! Read More When sending out our invitations, we received numerous compliments and notes on our response cards in regards to how beautifully designed they were and how "invitations don't look like that anymore." When we couldn't decide on a font that we wanted, she and her team worked to find us something that would work perfectly together - and it did! She was up front about everything with the process from selection to assembly and there were no surprises - especially with pricing! She continually kept in contact with us to make sure that all of our questions were answered and if there was any additional assistance she and her team could provide. The level of service that Abby provided was phenomenal and she was there from start to finish! Getting married at The Drake, we wanted to have an art deco theme that captured the uniqueness of the venue and she walked us through numerous styles and helped us decipher what would look best together.
